AI never sends anything by itself. BillPip can suggest wording, fill in fields and prepare reminders, but sending always happens through you, with a visible confirmation such as “Send to Jordan”.

Reminders only when you switch them on

Automatic reminders only run if you have explicitly switched them on for an invoice or a client, with the schedule in view. Every reminder that goes out is listed in the invoice timeline.

AI text is recognisable

Text suggested by AI is marked in the app and comes with a prompt to check it before sending.

How we handle your data

Before launch we will publish here where data is hosted, which processors and sub-processors we use, how long data is kept and how AI models process invoice data.

Certificates

We will not show security badges or certification logos until there is a real certificate behind them.
