Frequently asked questions
Short answers about BillPip, what it does and what it does not do yet.
Is BillPip available yet?
Not yet. BillPip is in development and sign-up isn’t open. The waitlist opens on this site soon; until then, follow BillPip on LinkedIn for updates.
Is BillPip accounting software?
No. BillPip is online invoicing software, not accounting software. It works alongside your accounting software, starting with Exact Online.
Can BillPip process purchase invoices?
Yes. Purchase invoices arrive in an invoice inbox: upload them or forward them by email. BillPip flags possible duplicates and shows purchase and sales side by side. At launch, the invoice inbox is included in every plan, including Solo. Reading purchase invoice PDFs with AI is on the roadmap, as part of the optional AI upgrade.
Do I need AI to use BillPip?
No. The Living Invoice and all core features work without AI. AI is an optional paid upgrade, off by default. AI never sends anything by itself.
Do reminders go out automatically?
Only if you want them to. Reminders are off by default. You switch them on per invoice or per client, with the schedule in view.
What does BillPip cost?
From €15 per month per administration, excl. VAT. There are four plans (Solo, Team, Business and Custom) plus an optional AI upgrade. Prices apply from launch; see the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Can I manage more than one business?
Yes. BillPip supports multiple administrations under one login, each on the plan that fits, with roles for Owner, Admin, Accountant, Sales and Viewer.
Do I pay per administration?
Yes. Prices are per administration. Run multiple administrations under one login — give each the plan it needs. Example: Company A on Team, Company B on Solo = €35 + €15 = €50 per month, excl. VAT. The optional AI upgrade is also per administration.
Where is my data stored?
EU storage is our starting point. Before launch we will publish the hosting location, processors and retention periods on the security page.
Which integrations are available?
At launch: Exact Online (switched on per administration), e-invoicing via Peppol and UBL, payment links via Stripe, CAMT.053 bank import, and VIES checks. The WeFact import and the public API are on the roadmap. See the integrations page for the current status.
Can I switch from WeFact?
Yes. The WeFact import is on the roadmap, as are general import and export of your data.
